Build Build or investigate

Run the individual test, neighboring directory and check-clang when feasible.
Run affected unit tests when applicable.
Compare failures against an unchanged baseline; record unsupported tests separately.
Format only the changed code and inspect git diff --check.

Exact test commands and results, known limitations, and a clean focused diff.
