Day 28 of 30 · First contribution
Prepare and submit a reviewable contribution
- Time
- About 150 minutes: 25 reading, 95 lab, 20 testing, 10 notes.
- Prerequisites
- Day 27: Test the effect beyond the reproducer
Toolchain: current-main build
Use build/bin/clang++ and build/bin/llvm-lit from your llvm-main checkout, not whichever clang++ is first on PATH. Reproduce upstream behavior on current main and record the commit SHA. Setup guide

Build Build or investigate
- Update against current main safely, rebuild and retest if necessary.
- Write the PR description yourself using the checklist.
- Open a PR when ready, or a clearly scoped draft with specific unresolved questions.
- A documented reproducer or useful documentation PR is an acceptable smaller outcome.
Done when
A submitted PR or other substantive contribution, with truthful validation results and no claimed merge guarantee.
